Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Masculine Confidence Framework, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to help you grow as a man and lead your relationships with confidence. I also respect your time and mine. Below is my Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both of us.

1. Coaching Session Payments & Refunds

All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions or for monthly subscriptions canceled mid-month.
If you are unsatisfied with a session, I encourage you to provide feedback so we can adjust and improve future sessions.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before our scheduled time.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, that session is forfeited and non-refundable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled at my discretion and considered a no-show.

4. Emergency Cancellations

If I need to cancel a session due to an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, courses, or downloadable content, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
